Senior Delivery Manager

The Engineering teams at Expel need a Delivery Manager who knows that the people are as important as the planning. You are the person who can elevate the team members, so they can focus on getting stuff done, but you can also dig down into the details when needed. Ideally, you’ve worn many hats, which means you understand “all the things” that need tracking. Collaborative problem solving enables you to guide the team around obstacles, highlighting problems and knowing who the right people are to help remove the hurdles. The challenge of untangling large, cross-functional projects that drive quality at scale is something you revel in. As a contributor you’re geared toward moving forward and thrive on helping the team turn ideas into reality by crafting actionable plans. With you in seat, the trains run on time, and everyone knows the schedule!

What you should bring with you

• Clear, concise and assertive communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to employ it coherently up and down the technical stack.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies & related tools
• Excellent active listening, negotiating and conflict management skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management

The base salary range for this role is between $130,600 USD and $189,400 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.
