We're searching for a Senior Digital Content Producer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our content strategy. You'll film, edit, and create content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while also proactively identifying online opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends. Your work will encompass the entire content lifecycle, ensuring each piece is commercially successful and meets our high-quality standards.

• Core Compensation: $50,000-$80,000 (Base and Bonus)

Hi! I’m Max, Head of Creative & Digital Content at PetLab Co., and I’m excited to share an incredible opportunity with you. As a Senior Digital Content Producer, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our video ad production and overall digital content strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with me to manage shoots, creating highly innovative content for both paid and organic campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, brand awareness, and audience engagement.  Additionally, you'll have full access to insightful data to continually optimize & improve your work.

How Will Success Be Measured?

• Successful Coordination of Live Action Shoots: Effectively manage and execute regular live action content shoots, featuring actors and/or customers.
• Impactful UGC Creation: Develop and produce User-Generated Content (UGC) that achieves high engagement rates and has the potential to go viral, demonstrating strong hooks and audience appeal.
• Effective Collaboration with Media Buyers: Partner closely with Media Buyers to optimize creative based on the data and ensure the ad content produced meets target objectives and delivers measurable results across social media platforms.
• Timely and High-Quality Content Production: Oversee the digital content production process from start to finish, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
• Seamless Coordination with International Teams: Successfully coordinated with the London production team, ensuring synchronization of efforts and consistent quality across all deliverables.
