Career Path Summary:

The positions in the HR Information System (HRIS) Analyst career path partner with the HR team to set up, maintain, optimize and troubleshoot the HR System of Record (currently ADP Workforce Now). They ensure data integrity, system usability, and relevance and accuracy of reports generated from the system.

Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively researches and keeps current on new HRIS features
• Provides ad hoc reporting and HR analytics for the organization
• Develops and executes system audits for data integrity and research data discrepancies
• Supports data requests from internal and external audits as needed
• Supports and streamlines all data entry processes in HRIS
• Responsible for new data entry, both by manual input as well as batch upload.
• Coordinates establishment of new hire records; coordinates onboarding process to ensure all necessary data items and physical documents are available to set up employee record.
• Executes system audits for data integrity and recommends corrective action when appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in information science or related field preferred

Relevant Experience

• Significant experience performing HR system operations and maintenance functions such as might be acquired over 3 - 5 years working on an HRIS team or as a solo HR system analyst. May require SAP HCM/HXM experience.
