You are an accomplished Executive Assistant known for your dynamism and proficiency in navigating high-paced environments. Your passion lies in facilitating the success of international leaders, adeptly managing the complexities of their varying schedules and demands. As a seasoned professional, your expertise extends to forging strong partnerships with leadership, contributing significantly to the strategic and operational goals of the organization.

You have very good professional communication skills, allowing you to preemptively identify needs and address them with foresight and discretion. Your unique capability to maneuver through intricate situations with senior stakeholders, whether within the organization or externally, highlights your exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic acumen.

You have a sharp eye for detail and can easily decide what needs to be done first, even when things keep changing. You're able to seamlessly work with people across all areas of Justworks, showing just how much you value teamwork and a positive work environment.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Provide advanced administrative support, focusing on scheduling, execution, and the seamless coordination of meetings across various time zones, catering to our international operations.
  • Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Expertly handle the schedules of multiple senior leadership team members, orchestrating appointments, resolving calendar conflicts, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Lead and drive the preparation and coordination of complex team and company-wide events, embodying initiative and a hands-on approach.
  • Facilitate and enhance team meetings, synthesizing meeting needs and taking charge of the distribution of materials and information.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, and agendas that support the dynamic requirements of our global team.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, understanding company and team priorities, and leveraging this insight to drive projects and initiatives forward.
  • Assume responsibility for additional projects, demonstrating flexibility and a capacity to adapt to the growing needs of the business.
