Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR)
Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $18.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Are you passionate about animals and excellent customer service? Join our team as a Client Service Representative at our veterinary clinic! We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records using our clinic software.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed.
• Focus on Client outreach

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
• 20-25 hours weekly (hours change based on operational needs)
• Basic computer skills.
