What You Will Do:
Our Homeland Security and Law Enforcement team members help clients maximize the value of their data and information, redefine business processes and drive transformational change. This high performing team works with transportation security clients to define and analyze risk, develop and implement strategic communications processes and products and develop data visualizations. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

• Bachelor's Degree

• SIX [6] or more years' professional experience

• Possess the project management and organizational skills to effectively manage projects, initiatives and junior staff

• Experience developing informational and decisional executive-level briefings

• Experience conducting business process improvement to streamline activities and increase speed of completion for strategic initiatives

• Possess a technical mindset to quickly learn about current and emerging TSA screening and security technologies, algorithm developments, and possible systems integration

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance and or TSA Suitability

• Direct experience or familiarity with the DHS/TSA policies.

• Development of Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), BAA evaluation, and conducting research on emerging technologies with Industry, Academia, National Labs, and other Federal Agencies.

• Ability to lead and/or support the development of operational requirements and writing functional and technical requirements documents such as CONOPS, ORD and FRD requirements
