JOB SUMMARY
The Design and Construction Senior Manager provides the necessary supervision, direction, coordination and management control for design and construction projects in a manner that is consistent with and meets the demands of the strategic needs Marshfield Clinic Health System.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
Preferred/Optional: Advanced degree in architecture engineering or business administration is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Ten years’ experience in healthcare design and construction, preferably as an owner’s representative for a health system.
Preferred/Optional: Fifteen years’ experience in healthcare design and construction.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: Licensed Architect, Engineer or General Contractor, or twenty years’ experience in healthcare design and construction. Valid Wisconsin driver's license, or within 30 days of hire with an acceptable DMV record.
Preferred/Optional: Recognition by an industry organization (AIA, ASHE, AGC, EDAC, CMAA or similar) for contributions to the Healthcare Facilities field.
