Job Description:

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Evening Cook to join our culinary team. This position involves preparing and serving a light dinner menu and/or a fine dining experience for our senior residents. The ideal candidate will possess chef-like qualities and a passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to the established menu.

- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance menu offerings.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

- Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies as needed.

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Creativity in meal preparation and presentation.

- Flexibility to work evening shifts from 4 PM to 7 PM.
