About the role
The Creative team at Rokt is looking for a versatile Senior Designer with experience working at an agency or in-house brand studio.The ideal candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates a strong foundation in graphic design principles, problem solving and process-building abilities, as well as experience executing engaging integrated marketing campaigns.
This role will be a part of the growing Creative Studio within the marketing team. Impeccable communication skills are a must for this role along with strong time management skills. You should be detail-oriented and deadline-driven with a creative mind. This is a highly visible and impactful position that will give you the opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of our creative ecosystem. The ideal candidate works in an integrated and holistic way, thinking beyond a single channel and is able to translate designs across a multitude of touch points. You’re a hybrid designer at heart and are able to leverage your diverse skillset to pivot and support all design requests as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for all of Rokt’s marketing channels including web, organic and paid social, email, video, print and many more.
- Work closely with the rest of the Creative team to manage the intake of design tickets submitted by the marketing team and other departments
- Assist in the evolution and growth of our design system and brand book with long-term Creative strategy in mind
- Prioritize and balance multiple projects at once while effectively and appropriately communicating clear expectations to stakeholders
- Work closely with Performance and Brand marketing teams to bring various web landing pages to life. Champion UX/UI best practices during this process to create beautiful, performant web experiences that focus on user needs.
- Act as the lead designer on complex campaigns to set the creative vision, guide more junior designers, and review work.
- Occasionally lead the conceptual ideation, storyboarding, production and delivery for marketing video assets including asks for paid and organic social, video channels, web, brand/content campaigns, and internal company needs.
- Serve as the liaison for outside resources (freelancers & agencies) in the event of overflow projects when it comes to video and web content
- Bring creativity, attention to detail and efficiency to each project while working under tight deadlines.
- Be a thought leader when working closely with marketing team leads to bring their conceptual ideas to life.
- Present work enthusiastically and confidently to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience at a creative studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
- Must provide an engaging portfolio that demonstrates: brand experience across a range of mediums, strong conceptual thinking; research capabilities; a strong design process; finished product rollouts; engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Thoughtful, inspiring and creative approach to storytelling through design
- Ability to communicate your thoughts and creative vision clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively, thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated, proactive team player with a love for problem solving<
