Job Summary:

As part of the team, you'll write beautiful technical documentation for both internal and external audiences — with a focus on the external.
You'll collaborate with cross functional teams to create easy-to-understand WIP references, integration guides, message sequence diagrams, and everything in between. You'll also help consolidate, organize, and improve existing documentation. Therefore, knowledge of the standard and these technologies (or similar) is important.
And if you want to help build and define the roadmap for the tools we use to deliver our documentation, there's an opportunity for that too.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create easy-to-understand WIP references, integration guides, message sequence diagrams, and everything in between
• Help consolidate, organize, and improve existing documentation
• Knack for interviewing subject matter experts or stakeholders to understand and document complex topics and systems
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad group of people, including ISO committee, project managers, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• Track, control and store essential documents properly by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards
• As part of the team, you'll help SSGS software developers write beautiful technical documentation for both internal and external audiences — with a focus on the external

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical English, or Technical Writing preferred
• 3+ years of related work experiences preferred
• Proficient in the use in Adobe InDesign and FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
• Experience creating and editing complex message sequence diagrams and beautiful graphical assets
• Experience writing and structuring WIP references, integration guides, system architecture docs, and the like for a developer audience
• Strong command of the English language coupled with knowledge in computer systems preferred

Salary Range

$72,000 - $115,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
