THE JOB:
Are you ready to make a lasting impact with exceptional customer service? ​As a restaurant host, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
 

THE STARTING RATE: $21.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Handle special requests (e.g., cake orders) with reservations and inform management.

• Stay informed about daily activities, guest count, seating, room capacity, hours, price range, and dress code.

• Greet guests promptly.

• Manage phone calls, reservations, and the reservation book.

• Ensure menus are current and in good condition.

• Communicate guest needs and feedback to the kitchen and management.

• Check in with guests waiting for a table to ensure they’re attended to.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and forward phones at the end of your shift.
