Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Location: In-Office

Pay:  $22/hr

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service and support to customers by phone, email, and in person. This role focuses on answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work full-time in office
