Registered Nurse Triage-Per Diem-LOH Behavioral Health Mill Street

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN Triage
• Location: LOH Mill Street-Naperville
• Per Diem
• Hours: M-F 8am to 430pm or 12pm to 8pm

A Brief Overview:
Provides a professional nursing assessment, prioritizing treatment according to the urgency of need.  Completes comprehensive assessments with patients and/or family members and initiates pre-certification process.  Serves actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient.

What you will need:

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills required
• Nursing degree

Required License/Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

• A minimum of two years of behavioral health experience
