We are looking for a SAP techno-functional lead (SD Functional + ABAP) lead who has the drive, passion, knowledge, experience and the aptitude to be part of the global SAP production support team, that supports some of the biggest SAP systems in the world. We look forward to your help with driving day to day operation, driving operational excellence, ensuring vendor delivery and accountability, guiding the vendor team, collaborating with other supporting teams, building business relationships, handling business issues & system crises, communicating with relevant partners, driving continuous improvement and leading special system activities.

Description

TECHNICAL Be responsible to oversee multiple work streams and address projects & support issues within a dynamic environment with talented team members Institutionalize best practices we use for application development to ensure consistent delivery of quality architecture, solutions with high performance and scalability Keep up-to date on the newest technology solutions in market to generate innovative ideas to tackle business challenges SD FUNCTIONAL Contribute towards delivering production support for system functionality related to SD module Engage & drive critical production system and business issues POC for business engagement Hold the vendor team accountable for delivery and operational excellence Track key metrics and ensure alignment to SLA Hands-on engagement in resolving issues and provide guidance to the vendor team to improve turn around time Influence process improvements to enhance support delivery Communicate clearly with various teams we work alongside during issue management, provide management updates and drive post-mortem for issues Work as part of a global support team Drive continuous improvement of system using the latest SAP solutions Drive solution for root cause analysis targeting reduction of Production incidents Monitor system health to support day to day business operations Engage during special system events to ensure smooth system operation Deliver solutions for application enhancements and manage the delivery on schedule and budget Work collaboratively with supporting teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner Understand the solution governance guidelines and ensure consistency Participate in various system activities like annual upgrade cut-over, disaster recovery drill etc

Minimum Qualifications

SAP development experience
SAP Functional SD experience
Experience and understanding of SAP S/4 HANA frameworks
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

TECHNICAL
- 6+ plus years of SAP development experience in SAP ABAP RICEFW objects, OData/SOAP web services, HANA stored procedures, Restful ABAP programming, Fiori, UI5, side-by-side extensibility and other SAP modern technologies
- 3+ plus years of experience working in the role of a technical architect recommending optimal, secure and highly scalable solutions in SAP S/4 HANA on-premise and SAP BTP systems
- Experience and understanding of SAP S/4 HANA frameworks, tools, data models and SAP BTP services spanning across different SAP modules mainly SD
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to breakdown sophisticated business requirements into SAP solutions applying the latest SAP technologies with detailed FIT/GAP analysis
- Experienced in designing and proposing scalable and robust SAP architecture options that align with business requirements and industry standards
- Hands-on development experience of Proof-of-Concepts to help in informed decision-making of optimal SAP system designs and architecture
