Winco Manufacturing is currently seeking Manufacturing Associates to work at our facility in Ocala, Florida. Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-orientated-fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a medical manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and communication
• Ability to adjust to temperature changes (lower 40s to upper 90s); can be in hot/humid depending on assigned job tasks and seasonal changes in a non-temperature regulated environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

$14.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 

4 /10 shifts.

Plant & Community Overview:

· Over 100 employees make up the team at the Ocala facility

· A variety of medical chairs, tables, and stools are produced at this location.

· Variety of departments including: Upholstery, Assembly, Woodshop, Weld, Fabrication/Machine Operators, Shipping Coordinator, Material Handlers, and Powder Coat
