<p>Your areas of responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Order processing via phone, email, or EDI package</li> <li>Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues</li> <li>Supporting accounts payable and finance department</li> <li>Main contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners</li> <li>Carry out administrative and organizational tasks</li> <li>Handle customer complaints</li> <li>Assist in testing new transaction &amp; processes in SAP</li> </ul> <p> <br/> Your profile of qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Good to great MS office knowledge, SAP/ERP knowledge would be a plus</li> <li>Very good English language skills with very strong command on Norwegian or swedish </li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Relevant work experience as office administrator</li> <li>Knowledge of customer service principles and practices</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured</li> </ul>
