Through Syntax Direct, our platform enables wealth managers and advisors to create highly customized, tax-aware, transparent index strategies at scale. In addition, Syntax works with asset managers, ETF issuers, wealth platforms, and other financial institutions to support index-based products, custom index solutions, and traditional index business development.
 
About the Role 
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow both Syntax Direct and Syntax’s broader traditional/custom index business. This role will support outreach, inbound follow-up, demo coordination, and early-stage relationship development across RIAs, financial advisors, wealth platforms, asset managers, ETF issuers, and other relevant financial services firms. The BDR will help identify new opportunities, support both product lines, and contribute to a scalable growth process as demand increases across Syntax’s platform and index businesses.
