Facility Supervisor, Projects

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Supervisor, Projects to join our team in Oahu, HI. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance and construction of building systems.

• Prepare work schedules, assign specific project tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.

• Maintain records of project activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.

• Drafts RMI project status reports and maintains construction documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.

• Prepare project artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission-support sites.

• Assist in identifying technical project gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to draft technical project documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+years of position-relevant experience.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.

• Experience using automated project management systems or specialized facilities software.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering present
