Job Description:
About the Role:
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for supporting and coordinating maintenance operations during their shift, ensuring maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive work are completed safely and efficiently to support production needs. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to:
Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance personnel to meet operational requirements
Assign work priorities, coordinate schedules, and follow up to ensure timely task completion
Generate and manage work orders and preventive maintenance work lists
Train and monitor team members on proper safety procedures and maintenance practices
Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills using hand and power tools
Evaluate team skill levels and recommend training and development opportunities
Communicate effectively with plant departments while ensuring compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and other assigned duties
Important Details:
- This is a full-time permanent role on B shift, which operates from 4:45 am to 5:15 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
- Pay starting at $29.84/Hr.
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 -5 years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manuf
