Location: Northwest Indianapolis, at 34th Street inside the beltway

Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday)

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic therapy team at a skilled nursing facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis. In this role, you will work with residents from skilled nursing and long-term care, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved physical health. Be part of a collaborative team working in a spacious, well-equipped therapy gym serving a strong rehab-to-home population, supported by close ties to nearby major hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in implementing and delivering individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

· Support residents in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving mobility and overall quality of life.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress.

· Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and team members.

Requirements

Applicants must have active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist assistant education program and subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam to obtain licensure or certification required by the state.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
