?? Key Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador for Dairy Queen®, maintaining professionalism and positivity at all times
- Deliver exceptional fan-first service through speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
- Supervise daily operations in both front-of-house and back-of-house settings
- Uphold high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
- Drive performance by coaching and supporting team members on shift
- Support the General Manager in achieving store goals and optimizing profitability
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Respond to guest concerns with promptness and professionalism
- Foster a fun, respectful, and inclusive work environment
- Engage in community marketing events and local store promotions when assigned
- Maintain a proactive, solution-driven mindset and contribute to a culture of accountability
- Lead by example and create memorable moments for every fan who walks through the door
?? Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (QSR preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Proven experience managing food costs and labor efficiency
- ServSafe® certification (or ability to become certified)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
