Job Summary:

Elase is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the acquisition engine behind our rapidly expanding, multi-state footprint. This is a hands-on leadership role that owns paid media strategy, website performance, SEO, CRM and lifecycle marketing, and marketing analytics end to end. You will be responsible for driving efficient new guest acquisition at every location, elevating the digital experience from first ad impression through booked consultation, and building the measurement and testing culture that lets us keep opening new markets with confidence.

You will report to the VP of Marketing, manage a growing team of two direct reports, contractors, and agency partners, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Field Marketing, Creative, and Digital Sales. The right candidate is equally comfortable coaching a team member through campaign strategy and opening Meta Ads Manager to diagnose performance. You think in funnels, you care about unit economics at the location level, and you know how to translate data into decisions the business can act on.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including direct ownership of paid media budgets and P&L accountability. Multi-location, franchise, or healthcare-adjacent experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep, current expertise in Meta, Google, with hands-on platform fluency, not purely agency-managed experience.
  • Proven track record scaling acquisition efficiently in a direct-to-consumer, retail, or consumer services environment, ideally across dozens of locations or markets.
  • Strong analytical foundation. You can build the model, stress-test the assumptions, and explain the takeaway in plain language to a regional operator who has five minutes between appointments.
  • Experience using website performance and SEO as genuine growth levers, not just brand assets.
  • Comfort with CRM and lifecycle strategy in a multi-location context, including segmentation, reactivation, and cross-sell
  • Experience with our core tools is a strong plus: HubSpot, Zenoti (POS), CallRail, Google Analytics, Power BI, WordPress, and Asana.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence. Comfortable presenting to executives and partnering with field leaders running individual spas.
  • 1+ years of direct people management experience with a genuine passion for mentorship, team development, and building a high-performing marketing team in a remote environment.
  • Curiosity about the aesthetics, wellness, or beauty categories and a genuine interest in how marketing creates a great guest experience that starts well before someone walks through our doors.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills in a remote environment, with experience using tools like Asana or similar to keep cross-functional campaigns on track.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Primary Duties:

  • Paid media strategy and execution across Meta and Google, and emerging platforms, with accountability for new guest acquisition, cost per aquisition, and return on ad spend at the location level.
  • Annual and monthly paid media budgeting, forecasting, and spend allocation across 43 locations, including ramp plans for new market launches, acquired locations, and underperforming markets.
  • New market launch playbooks for digital acquisition, working with Area Managers and Operations to build awareness and fill appointment books quickly in markets where the Elase brand is still new.
  • Website strategy and performance, including roadmap prioritization, landing page development, conversion rate optimization, site speed, and booking flow improvement.s
  • Technical and local SEO strategy across the location network, including Google Business Profile optimization, review generation, local landing pages, schema markup, and link building.
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing programs in partnership with the retention team, focused on reactivation, cross-service adopt
