Major Duties
Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator will actively manage participant recruitment, onboarding, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure compliance and accurate reporting. You will coordinate and implement key logistical aspects of grant-related events, meetings, and travel arrangements, managing RSVPs, reservations, and purchases efficiently. Your responsibilities also include ensuring project tasks and workflows are executed timely and effectively, contributing directly to detailed project reporting.
- Assist with participant recruitment, review, onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Oversees and provides guidance to student employees. Ensures they complete required training, schedule work hours, and review timesheets.
- Organizes and implements grant-related meetings, travel, and events, including RSVPs, reservations, arrangements, and purchases.
- Coordinates and tracks project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and assists with project reports.
- Process stipends for students and assistants, check requests/reimbursements, and program supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Equivalent to five (5) years of full-time, progressively responsible administrative or technical office management experience in an administrative capacity exercising independent judgment and leading the work of others.
- Equivalent to full-time college or university education/vocational school training in business or job-related field may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail in a rapidly-changing environment.
- Experience supervising hourly and student staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
- Capability to coordinate meetings, events, and manage related logistics effectively.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

- Classification: Admin Support Coordinator / 1035 / grade 2
- The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $3043.50 - $3600 (part time equivalent) per month, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The salary range for this classification is: $3043.50- $4990 (part time equivalent) per month.
- HOURS: Part Time; 30 hours per week; Monday through Friday.
- This is a Temporary position for 6 months and may be extended.
- The position is currently hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote); however, this is subject to change based on student and/or operational needs.
