 Automation Engineer PCBA 
Overview of Position
Role Summary    The Automation Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating, developing, and executing manufacturing schedules to the set objectives. Supports daily activities in process developments, validation activities, and change management. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise PCBA Technology to solve problems, develop & execute objectives.
Essential Responsibilities     
•    Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying various Soldering application’s, system’s, components
•    Troubleshoot equipment in an industrial setting. 
•    Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment and provide process support to equipment maximizing efficiencies.
•    Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
•    Analyzes engineering test results, and implements changes to resolve problems.
•    Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.
•    Record procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or method.
•    Maintains software, documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
•    Assists engineers in developing and designing hardware and software required for all automation solutions per specifications.
•    Trains other technicians and operators on products, processes and equipment.
•    Proper use of power tools and measuring equipment
Qualifications/Requirements

• B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent 
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacuting setting. 
•    Understanding and hands on experience of PCBA processes. 
•    Electrical experience is a plus.
•    Understands PCB applications and processes.
