Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who enjoys keeping things organized and moving efficiently? Aardvark Studios is looking for a Warehouse / Driver Associate to join our production operations team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound shipments, maintain our warehouse space and inventory, operate a forklift, and support project logistics through deliveries and occasional pickups. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our creative fabrication projects running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

What makes you the ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or related logistics role
  • Forklift certification and proficiency required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving

Requirements or what else is helpful:

  • Basic knowledge of shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, freight forwarding)
  • Experience driving box trucks up to 26’, w/ clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • You hold, or can get, a DOT medical card and will pass background check/drug screening
  • Ability to operate company box trucks and vans safely
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or spreadsheets
  • Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift and pallet jack (Training / Certification can be provided)
  • You don't mind getting your hands dirty and work with urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling
  • Receive deliveries of raw materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Maintain accurate and complete inventory using software system
  • Deliver and pick up materials, parts, and equipment as needed for active projects
  • Support project teams with warehouse prep and packing for events or tours
