POSITION TITLE: Mechanical Engineer  

REPORTS TO:  Supervisor Mechanical Engineer 

LOCATION: Canonsburg, PA 

DEPARTMENT:  Engineering STATUS: Exempt

Position Description Summary 

This position is responsible for creating  Layouts, 3D models, drawings and CNC burn files derived from a variety of specifications, reference drawings, blueprints and sketches utilizing computer aided drafting software, 2D and 3D as well as techniques, standards, and tools to prepare technical drawings. Prepare inputs for software programs, execute the programs, review outputs and submit for production. Coordinate and consult with engineers or designers to complete projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent (Minimum three-year course)

· Or Bachelor’s / associate degree from a certified technical school.

At least 3 years’ experience in working in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment, with ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
