Job Description Summary:

Home health OTs work with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team where you have autonomy, a reasonable and fair weekend rotation, a flexible schedule, and limited on-call. Home health OTs provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the patient’s provider.

Minimum Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of home health Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement
• Experience in an acute, rehabilitation or home health setting
• Basic personal computer skills
• Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy
• BLS certification

For this position, in the Home Care department only, Minimum Qualifications include valid state driver’s license, minimum of eighteen (18) years old, have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable.
