Job Description

As a member of the Sales Excellence team, you are a subject matter expert with a product and process centric mindset. You have a strategic outlook, understand your assigned product’s commercial health, blind spots, market fit, and best in class product usage. You are able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. As Sr Lead, Sales Excellence, you possess a high degree of technical knowledge of your assigned product portfolio with responsibility for customer onboarding and technical integrations that meet best in class product usage. In support of region sales and product adoption goals you may be assigned to support an account region and/or on a project-by-project basis depending upon product onboarding and integration needs.  

You will: 

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration projects with project management and product expertise for assigned product portfolio. 

  • Be the escalation point for partner success and customer service teams to address client API or product feature related questions.  

  • In collaboration with the Product Excellence Sr Lead, ensure identified customer business needs for enhancements are understood and prioritized appropriately. 

  • Support administrative functions such as billing, quality assurance, documentation of client onboarding and integrations as required. 

  • In collaboration with Product Excellence Sr Lead, create, update, and maintain documentation supporting product best practices and use cases.  

 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Has at least 3 years experience with data products, coding/API documentation, and/or customer product onboarding. 

  • Is customer oriented with ability to manage expectations.  

  • Demonstrates ability to learn quickly especially about tech-heavy topics. 

  • Understands airline pricing and retailing.  

  • Is a self-starter and able to be motivated with minimal supervision. 

  • Shows interest in learning airlines business processes and technology.  

  • Has 5 to 7 years experience in e-commerce, product, or account management. 

  • Preferably has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
