What this job can offer you

- When Tier 1 can't resolve a query, you swoop in to save the day, ensuring our customers always feel valued and heard.
- Take the lead in customer escalations escalations. Your expertise shines brightest when challenges arise. Join calls, spread assurance, and offer expert solutions to ensure every client is a happy client.
- Be the bridge between Payroll Operations and Client Services, ensuring seamless communication and foresight into potential payroll hitches.
- Design top-notch training materials that empower our Tier 1 specialists
- Stay Ahead of the Curve. With the ever-evolving landscape of country legislation, your commitment to staying up-to-date with country legislation keeps our internal knowledge base robust and relevant.

What you bring
- Deep understanding of Payroll legislation in Germany with 3+ years experience. Knowledge in Austrian and Swiss Payroll legislation is considered a plus.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in payroll documentation and calculations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
