The role of the Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing the proper services to the best of their ability and maintaining Four Seasons standards throughout all procedures.  The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.
