• Need to know the business value the changes will bring, or the challenges
• APPS and automation on the SET side
• Manages data science Tons of data in SET
• More predictive data and forecasting
• Visualize the data, but need the intelligence and science behind the data
• Working with the business dept that sets the incentives for buying cars with discounts
• Optimize data
• Package tools in a PP and UI interfaces with the users
• API calls
• Calculate costs
• Goes to a model and spits out a forecast
• The UI displays
