Job Title: Business Analyst (Insurance Domain)

Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-Time Position

Salary upon conversion: $90000 - $115000/Year

Preferably looking for 8+ years of experience candidate

Requirements

· 8 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

· Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

· Process Improvement.

· Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

· Teamwork & Relationship Building

· Knowledge of Agile Development LifeCycle, Guidewire Billing Center and Claim Center.

· Guidewire Billing Center (Integration): Gather and document current and future business requirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders

· Research current integration processes to Legacy Billing System with Policy Administration Systems, Accounting and Account Management Systems.

· Guidewire Claim Center (Configuration): Gather and document current and future business requirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders.

· Research and document current and future screen design and business logic in Legacy Claim System

· Assist in Development Lifecycle (Agile) for both Billing Center (Integration) and Claim Center (Configuration) by assisting in the approval of requirement documents, development of test case scenarios, and coordination with internal business partners and IT

· Experience in Insurance domain of P&C (Property and Casualty)

· Document business rules by creating detailed Use Case diagrams, Business Flow diagram, create process models, data flow diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes using MS Visio
