Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) - SNF

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified LCSWs, LMFTs, and LCPCs (or qualifying intern/associate level licensure) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in the Las Vegas area!

Whether you join as a W2 Employee, or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity that share our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person and remotely using company provided Telehealth software.

• Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).

• Complies with agency policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, W2 and 1099 Independent Contractor options available.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Nevada licensure as LCSWs, LMFTs, LCPCs OR qualifying intern/associate level licensure. (Currently not accepting CSW-Interns - not an approved intern site).
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.

• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up to date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:

• $41.00 to $67.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
• Compensation determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level) and experience.
