Work Location: Remote
Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Here is what you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct operations experience, with the medical field experience being a preference.
  • More than 3 years of progressive leadership experience is a preference.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) and SmartSheets.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and always maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Experience being a part of a large-scale project team or implementation.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations.

A Day in the Life of a Revenue Cycle Implementation Project Lead:
  • Lead and manage project-related processes, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including identifying solutions, budget constraints, and report-out progress against these parameters during regular status communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leaders across Finance, Accounting and Revenue Cycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a list of requirements and process.
  • Identify client needs, including potential client satisfaction issues and alert the necessary parties, using good judgement on how to escalate the situations.
