What You Can Expect:

Chemical Engineering:
Production Engineer:
- Focus on the day-to-day operation and optimization of an existing unit.
- Identify and implement improvements to plant safety, environmental, and profitability performance.
Process Engineer:
- Evaluate and develop major projects and debottlenecks.
- Serve as a technical resource for the corporation.
- Develop and improve systems to maintain excellent process safety and environmental performance.
Control System Engineer:
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced control schemes.
- Create and refine process models used in predictive control systems.
Mechanical Engineering:
Reliability Engineer:
- Proactively develop and implement ideas to enhance plant reliability.
- Reduce maintenance costs through innovative solutions.
Maintenance Engineer:
- Provide daily engineering support and technical assistance for plant equipment repairs.
- Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Research and Development Engineer:
- Offer technical support to our polyolefin customers through visits and fabrication trials.
- Collaborate on innovative R&D projects that drive product advancements.
Electrical Engineering:
Control System Engineer:
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot control schemes that drive our processes.
- Create and refine process models for predictive control systems.
Instrument & Electrical Engineering:
- Troubleshoot, engineer, and improve process measurement instrumentation, control systems, safety systems, and analyzers.
- Provide daily technical support for instrumentation and electrical (I&E) or control systems.
High Voltage Engineer:
- Collaborate with electrical technicians to troubleshoot problems and perform equipment repairs.
- Continuously evaluate the electrical system and plan for expansion and reliability improvements.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
