WiFi Extenders – mesh extenders that seamlessly extend the coverage of Xfinity WiFi Gateways to cover WiFi dead spots in the home
Non-Xfinity modems and routers that customers purchase on their own
This Sr. Analyst will be an end-to-end product manager, helping to create, launch, and manage the deployment of WiFi devices across the entire residential internet customer base. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will contribute to creating a strategic vision for the device portfolio, planning and prioritizing projects to support that vision, and executing those projects with cross functional stakeholders. Across all of these responsibilities, the Sr. Analyst will have to make decisions that balance financial impacts, legal requirements, engineering efforts, and operational simplicity, all while keeping the customer experience top-of-mind.
Job Summary
This Sr. Analyst role on the WiFi Device Product Operations team is an exciting opportunity to innovate and bring the best in-home WiFi to Xfinity customers. The WiFi Device Product Operations team is responsible for all the devices that provide internet and WiFi in the homes of residential Xfinity customers. Those devices include:Xfinity WiFi Gateways – modem and router combo devices that customers can lease from Xfinity
WiFi Extenders – mesh extenders that seamlessly extend the coverage of Xfinity WiFi Gateways to cover WiFi dead spots in the home

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Define and refine the customer value proposition of Xfinity products managed by the team
- Build business cases for why the team’s projects should be prioritized in the company
- Help size and model impact to customers and/or business metrics when making key decisions
- Advocate for projects during meetings with executive sponsors as well as partner teams
- Write clear business requirements for technical teams to understand what needs to be developed and what resources are being requested
- Partner with key teams to develop a Go-To-Market plan when launching new products
- Ensure customer support teams, such as technicians, call center agents and retail store employees, have appropriate level of awareness and training for the team’s products
- Clarify requirements and customer experience for technical and operational teams as the product is developed, making adjustments when needed
- Monitor key metrics after product launch to identify and make improvements
- Support long range planning and develop 3-year roadmaps for products under the responsibility of the role
- Contribute new ideas and support strategic recommendations backed by data, customer insights, competitive research and/or market trends
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
