  • Exercise impeccable judgment in escalating issues or engaging other stakeholders - such as identifying issues that may be outside the scope of your subject-matter expertise, and working with other members of the Legal team or outside counsel.
  • Develop and operationalize forward-looking policies and procedures, anticipating likely future regulatory and other developments in the emerging laws relating to alternative data without compromising YipitData’s growth.
  • Maintain an up to date understanding of laws and regulatory developments impacting alternative data e.g. CFAA decisions, SEC enforcement actions, and private terms such as App Store Guidelines, and API policies.
  • Partner with and advise global cross-functional teams, including data partnerships, sales engineering and app engineers on a wide range of compliance projects. Identify potential areas of compliance risk and recommend, or as necessary, develop corrective action plans for problem resolution.
