The responsibilities for the Draw-In-Operator:

Draw-In patterns

Draw new reeds at loom

Repair damaged patterns

Assist with style change as needed

Assist in keeping draw-in area neat and orderly

Replace damaged reeds in weave room

Repair damaged patterns, smash

Remove harness truck and lifting device

Daily maintenance

Weekly maintenance

Audit incoming materials and supplies

Change draw-in machine parameters
