Main Purpose

Accountable for regional Project Management teams, ensuring a positive client experience via delivery of services and solutions meeting or exceeding client’s requirements; Identifies and drives operational efficiency via organization, process, and technology optimization.

Requirements

📌Lead the Regional satisfaction via meeting or exceeding customer’s requirements for customer service and value-add solutions, quality, turnaround time, and cost.

📌Drive operational efficiency via system implementation; process optimization; and organizational transformation.

📌Manage and control regional staff budget and GM optimization.

📌Accountable for day-to-day production: In-house PM teams, client relationships (project level), project delivery, outsourcing, innovate & develop, implement & train, track & audit, refine processes.

📌Responsible for ensuring motivating and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.

📌Validate pricing and operational approach for strategic customer opportunities.

📌Identifies and drives operational efficiency via organizational-, process-, and technology-optimization; Responsible for ensuring motivating and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.

Educational background

✔️Bachelor Degree in Translation or other equivalent degree

Professional experience

✔️>10 years of experience in translation, project management in coordinating language service projects and team management

The salary range for this position is $115K-130K and will be determined by experience and their physical location. The package also includes variable compensation based on meeting assigned objectives
