Graves Elementary School Reading Tutor

• 2nd Grade
• Duration of program: January 8, 2024 to March 25, 2024
• Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• Time: 9:55 to 10:525 AM EST

COMPENSATION

• $40.00 per in-person session, contract position

• $120 weekly for the duration of the program

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Differentiate instruction and supplement content to meet the needs of all students.
• Create and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment for all students.
• Develop and implement the components of an effective lesson for instruction.
• Assess areas of improvement and progress, maintain lesson planning/grading, and provide students with timely feedback.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with academic problem-solving techniques.
• -or- at least 3 years of experience in English and Language Arts skills.
• 4-year degree in education, English, Mathematics, or other related degrees.
• Must be available to tutor in person, during regular school hours
• Must be available to commit to the 12-week tutoring program
