What You Will Do:

• Financial Statement Preparation: Review and supervise the consolidation and preparation of actual, forecast, and budgeted financial statements.
• SEC Filings: Prepare and review documentation necessary for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, proxy).
• Technical Research: Perform research on technical accounting topics and present findings to management.
• Audit Facilitation: Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Benefit Plan Accounting: Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly accounting for the Company’s annual benefit plan financial statements.
• Global Accounting: Review the accounting for various domestic and international holding companies using SAP and HFM applications.
