  ARA is seeking a highly motivated CT Technician to join our growing team!   Summary:  Performs computerized tomography to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention at the request of a licensed practitioner. 
  Desired Professional Skills and Experience
  • Performs IV insertion as needed following proper guidelines as established by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
  • Performs and maintains daily check-ups and quality control on CT scanners as required by credentialing organizations.
  • Graduate of recognized, approved AMA council of Education program in radiological technology.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Certification as Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT) by the Texas Medical Board.
  • CT registry through the ARRT will be required within six month
