Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy for adolescents, teens, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
  
  
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual 
  
  
• Establish a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment in accordance with practice standards
  
  
• Collaborate with other clinicians, families, and the Clinic Director to ensure quality care and client satisfaction
  
  
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health science or related field
  
  
• Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  
  
• Strong understanding of adolescent development, family dynamics, and therapeutic interventions 
  
  
• Ability to develop creative therapeutic interventions that engage teens in the therapeutic process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  
  
• Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus!)
  
  

Additional Information:

• Expected to maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week
  
  
• Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely (depending on client needs)
  
  
• Occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate family schedules

Compensation:

• Competitive salary with potential to earn up to $70,000 - $90,000+ annually depending on experience and caseload
