Sfakianakis Group, a leading company in the automotive sector, is seeking to hire for its headquarters (Athens, Votanikos):

Logistics & Planning Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in the planning of orders and the vehicle reception process.
• Collects and analyzes data related to the operations and processes of the department (e.g., import-delivery time, model availability, etc.), as well as the costs of importing, transporting, and storing vehicles.
• Supports demand forecasting and decision-making in planning by monitoring sales data, inventory, market trends, and historical data.
• Collaborates closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Imports departments to manage vehicle inventory, ensuring smooth workflow and effective information exchange.
• Prepares and communicates delivery plans to dealers.
• Inputs and updates data in the department’s ERP systems.
• Supports order and vehicle distribution procedures for the Group’s international partners (Albania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia).

Required Qualifications:

• University or Technological Educational Institute (TEI/AEI) degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or relevant certifications are desirable.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP or logistics software is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, ideally in processing, monitoring, and analyzing business data.
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
