Job Duties:
The Customer Service Representative II provides essential front-facing support to the public, ensuring the seamless delivery of Department services. Primary responsibilities include the registration and inspection of watercraft to ensure compliance with Federal requirements and A.R.S. Title 5. This involves verifying legal ownership documentation, managing database entry, issuing official titles, and processing revenue through Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. In addition to maritime duties, the incumbent issues hunting and fishing licenses, special use stamps, and non-permit tags in strict accordance with A.R.S. Title 17 and Commission Rules. This role serves as a primary point of contact for the public, requiring the professional interpretation of state and federal laws, Department policies, and procedures related to wildlife management and complex registrations across multiple communication channels.
