Customer Success and Regulatory Reporting Analyst (US)

AQMetrics is seeking an experienced Customer Success and Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support our customers’ global reporting obligations. Beyond regulatory filings, you’ll contribute to designing, developing, and supporting next-generation features for our core regulatory reporting product. This role is ideal for an expert in Funds and Regulatory Reporting with knowledge of existing and emerging regulations, looking to make an impact at a high-growth firm that’s changing the way investment managers stay compliant with global regulations.
What You Will Do
- Documentation & Development: Assist in creating documentation, specifications, and enhancements for the AQMetrics risk and regulatory platform.
- Onboarding: Guide new customers onto the AQMetrics platform, managing data mapping, onboarding, and product training.
- Collaborative Demos: Work with sales, product, and technology teams to deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations showcasing our technology solutions.
- Regulatory Knowledge Base: Stay current on regulatory requirements to maintain and expand our regulatory reporting knowledge base.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and review customer regulatory reports, including AIFMD, Form PF, CPO-PQR, MiFID II.
- Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify targeted sales strategies in regulatory, risk, and compliance monitoring.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by responding professionally to customer queries.
- Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product engineering team to ensure the AQMetrics solution continues to meet customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, engage with external partners and vendors, and support pre-sales and customer onboarding processes.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in asset management or financial technology.
- Proven experience in conducting product demos and delivering presentations to showcase technology solutions in asset management.
- Technical knowledge of fund accounting across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, credit).
- Understanding of OTC and/or listed derivatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory risk and compliance software, including data mapping, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
