In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our Salesforce team in Athens.        

• Collect requirements regarding roles and access rights, configure them in the platform, and assign users accordingly 

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Viber, Mobile Push) 

• Update existing and implement new campaigns, including data extension development, segmentation, journey implementation with decision nodes, embedding templates, and delivering performance reports 

• Design Journeys using Journey Builder and guide the Marketing team through their implementation 

• Develop automations and support Marketing team in campaign execution 

• Configure Marketing Cloud roles and manage user access 

• Build and manage data extensions and segmentation using SQL 

• Test email sends and performs pre-campaign quality checks 

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reports 

• Investigate and resolve issues with contacts not entering Journeys or Marketing Cloud from Salesforce 

What you bring matters 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting and Marketing Cloud Administration 

• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and automate processes 

• Experience managing Marketing Cloud environments, including user access, sender profiles, and secure data handling 

• Hands on experience with all Marketing Cloud Studios (Email, Mobile, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder) 

• Skilled in designing and managing customer journeys, dynamic Cloud Pages, audience targeting, and data integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud 

• Experience in SQL, HTML/CSS/AMP script, and Marketing Cloud tools
