About the role

About Crossmint

Crossmint is the leading enterprise-grade, all-in-one stablecoin and wallet infrastructure platform enabling fintechs and enterprises to integrate stablecoin rails and smart wallets with speed, compliance, and scale.

Backed by Ribbit Capital, Franklin Templeton, NYCA, First Round, and Lightspeed Faction, with $23.6M raised in 2025. Trusted by more than 40,000 clients including global leaders such as MoneyGram, WireX, Toku, and more, Crossmint provides embedded smart wallets, on/offramps, cross-chain stablecoin orchestration, tokenization, and other blockchain primitives through simple, developer-friendly APIs that integrate in minutes and scale to millions of users.

In January 2026, Crossmint secured MiCA authorization from Spain's CNMV, becoming one of a select few stablecoin infrastructure providers fully licensed to operate across all 27 EU member states and held to the same regulatory standards as traditional financial institutions. Crossmint also powers the Republic of the Marshall Islands' first digital UBI program, backs MoneyGram's new stablecoin cross-border experience launching in LATAM, and recently partnered with WireX to expand multichain stablecoin payment infrastructure to non-EVM networks like Stellar.

The future of finance is stablecoin-native. Crossmint makes it easy to get there.

Type of employment

Full-time

Seniority

4+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Engineer who will bridge the gap between Crossmint's engineering team and the global developer community. You will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on building — shipping demo applications, writing production-grade code, QA-ing developer journeys and product integrations, improving documentation, and creating internal tools and automations that raise the bar for how we support developers at scale.

This is not a purely outward-facing role. A significant part of your work will happen in the codebase: building and maintaining reference apps and starter kits, stress-testing integration flows from a developer's perspective, identifying friction before it reaches the community, and making sure our APIs, SDKs, and onboarding experiences are as polished as the products they represent.

You will also engage externally — through content, community, workshops, and direct developer support — but the foundation of your impact will be deep technical ownership of the developer experience end to end. You will play a highly cross-functional role driving adoption, influencing product direction through community insights, and ensuring developers have a world-class experience building with Crossmint.

Responsibilities

Developer Advocacy & Technical Enablement

  • Serve as a technical expert and trusted partner for developers building with Crossmint.

  • Build and maintain sample applications, starter kits, SDK examples, and reference architectures.

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers integrating Crossmint APIs and infrastructure.

  • Support strategic partners and high-impact integrations when needed.

Technical Content & Education

  • Create in-depth technical content including tutorials, walkthroughs, blog posts, demo apps, videos, and documentation improvements.

  • Lead workshops, hackathons, webinars, and live coding sessions showcasing real-world use cases.

  • Ensure Crossmint’s documentation, code samples, and onboarding flows meet high standards of clarity and developer usability.

Community Engagement

  • Actively participate in developer communities across Discord, GitHub, X, forums, and events.

  • Answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify friction points.

  • Build relationships with ecosystem builders, startups, and partners.

Product Feedback & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to communicate developer feedback, common pain points, and feature requests.

  • Contribute to API design discussions from a developer-experience perspective.

  • Track adoption metrics, developer engagement, and content performance to inform strategy.

About You

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or a similar developer-facing engineering role.
