The position

In Novo Nordisk there is a high focus on mobility and the number of international assignments continues to grow every year. We are looking to offer several candidates to support different markets. This role will be working internationally.

You will join the Global Mobility function placed in Warsaw, Poland, supporting and driving the development of our program. You will strive for the best employee experience through high customer focus and qualified advisory, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

 

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Operationally managing international assignments and recurring mobility processes.

• Maximizing operational efficiencies through simplification, standardization, and automation.

• Ensuring a customer-focused approach and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Providing support to employees and managers on a wide range of operational and administrative HR processes.

• Managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

This is a hybrid role.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree and relevant, minimum 3 years of experience in HR or mobility in an international company. Fluency in spoken and written English is crucial for this position.

 

We are looking for the following qualifications too:

• Strong general knowledge of compliance, tax, social security, immigration, employment law, and HR functional knowledge.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

About the department

The Global Mobility function is part of People and Organization (Corporate HR) where we function as a Centre of Excellence and provide business support on international assignments. Our team consists of high-performing individuals with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. We have team members based in Denmark, Dubai, India, US, Panama, Poland, and China, bringing extensive experience in advising on international assignments and managing the end-to-end assignment process.
