About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will lead the development of measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards to measure performance of marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates will have expertise in the entire reporting process for full-funnel lead-generating marketing campaigns and will understand the functional aspects of what is required to effectively measure marketing activities, and will have experience reporting on B2B and B2C campaigns. The Sr Analyst will integrate data from disparate sources into cohesive reporting & insightful analysis, including data from digital, web, social, CRM, etc. This person will work closely with the Paid Media, SEO, and Strategy teams and help to make actionable recommendations based on analysis of marketing performance, and will work collaboratively with the BI Analyst to outline specs for reporting.
This person will work on multiple clients and will apply both technical expertise and a strategic mindset to help uncover the “why” behind the data. This person will be adept in tagging, including tagging strategy, implementation and trouble-shooting.

While this is a remote position, ideal candidates will live near one of our collaboration centers in St. Louis, Chicago or the Dallas/Ft.Worth areas, so that they can be on-site with teams regularly.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Establish measurement plans, including prioritization of KPIs, informing goal-setting, and establishing attribution methodology.
  • Develop and execute integrated reporting & analysis for B2B and B2C, across digital, social, email, web, salesforce/HubSpot.
  • Develop compelling reporting dashboards using Looker Studio and Tableau.
  • Manage GTM tagging strategy and implementation. Tagging includes Pixels, Floodlights, and i-frames.
  • Responsible for scheduled and ad-hoc reporting development and maintenance for campaigns, channel, website, and conversion funnel performance across multiple accounts.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, SEO, and Strategy to align measurement to business objectives.
  • Mentor more junior team members as needed.
  • Proactively identify insights and make recommendations based on digital marketing performance.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, computer science or other quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of digital experience, with a focus on paid media marketing measurement – including website analytics and campaign measurement, programmatic, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • 3+ years full-funnel campaign measurement.
  • High-level of proficiency is required in Google Analytics (GA4 & UA), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with Looker Studio required.
  • Experience with Supermetrics, BigQuery, and Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to discover, analyze and clearly communicate data insights for action.
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting data and/or tagging issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data collection and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Polished presentation skills; ability to share results in a clear, compelling manner with clients.
  • Must be organized and have experience working across multiple accounts.
  • Healthcare or higher education marketing experience a plus.
